We offer a wide array of options in the Boston Data Center Market. Our primary focus is to fill the gap between your staff and your timelines. You may have a small project or ongoing scheduled work. Don’t worry we have you covered.
Our basic remote hands includes Rebooting, Rack & Staff, Basic Programming of Devices, Component Swaps and Remote Eyes Services.
Our niche in cabling is anywhere from 2-50 racks, we love these projects and can deliver unparalleled price savings vs our competitors.
This level of service extends beyond but includes all Basic services but may require programming of switches, routers or other devices.
You may use an Extended Warranty service from your servers manufacturer which includes a 3rd party technician. Not all technicians are treated equal. Let us fill this gap.
You may have tedious task to relocate one server from your office to your datacenter or hundreds. We support smaller server moves under 50x per trip within the state of Massachusetts.
This service may include our Basic and Smart services but allow for an onsite technician during business hours for ad hoc or planned off hour maintenance's.
